Are you looking for something fun and out-of-the-box to do this St. Patrick’s Day? Well, instead of hitting up an Irish Pub, why not hit up the St. Patrick’s Day Weightlifting Championships in Cal State Fullerton Instead? The event is a USAW sanctioned meet that is open to the public and will take the first 120 registered weightlifters. There will be various age groups and categories, but even if you are not a weightlifter, come on down and enjoy the fun. Tickets for the event will cost $37 and can be purchased here. Be sure to have fun and enjoy this odd way to celebrate the holiday near your Fullerton apartment.
